  • 2 cups spinach
  • handful dandelion greens
  • 1½ cup water or non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashew butter
  • ½ cup frozen grapes
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
