INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 1 & ½ cup non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3-4 kale leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 5-6 peppermint leaves, fresh
  • Optional: 1 tsp organic raw honey

INSTRUCTIONS:
