INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1 & ½ cup non-dairy milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk)
- 1 ripe banana
- 3-4 kale leaves, fresh or frozen
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 5-6 peppermint leaves, fresh
- Optional: 1 tsp organic raw honey
